The Glorious Letterings currently only ship within Singapore via a reliable courier service. Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on its way!

International Orders

Returns

All sales are final. As most of the products are made-to-order or personalised, The Glorious Letterings won’t be able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed. Please do check all details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please email your order issue to thegloriousletterings@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I will review and make things right as soon as possible, whether it’s a replacement or another suitable resolution.
