Upon graduating with a design diploma from Polytechnic, Christina Koh—a local designer and illustrator—realised her passion didn’t lie in the conventional career path. While many of her peers dreamed of working in prestigious design agencies or renowned studios, Christina felt drawn toward a less-traveled road: one of creative entrepreneurship.

At the time, very few designers considered such a path possible. But fast forward to today, entrepreneurship is not only more common—it’s thriving and growing, even here in Singapore.

The Glorious Letterings was born in 2014, when Christina first discovered hand lettering as a hobby. What began as a passion slowly grew into something deeper—an artistic pursuit that combined her love for words, visuals, and thoughtful design. After nearly a decade of juggling work and study, she returned to the dream that started it all: creating her own products.

Today, The Glorious Letterings continues to redefine paper goods and handcrafted items through intentional design and meaningful lettering—bringing fresh, heartfelt pieces into everyday life.

The journey hasn't always been easy, and the path ahead still holds unknowns. But Christina remains anchored in the very heart of why it all began: to offer meaningful, well-designed products that speak truth and beauty into everyday spaces.

In her free time, you’ll find Christina watching Running Man (her favourite K-variety show), scrolling through dog videos, or rewatching some of her Marvel favourites (yes, she’s a Marvel fan!).
